Value acceleration
Raise the number before you go to market.
Most of what moves a sale price is decided in the two or three years before the sale. Value acceleration works on exactly those things: earnings, margin, recurring revenue, financials a buyer can trust, and a business that runs on systems instead of memory. Most of it is basic. Almost nobody does it.
What's included
The levers buyers actually pay for
- Diagnosis firstA plain-spoken review of the business through a buyer's eyes, ending in a plan and a recommendation for how much help you actually need.
- Earnings and marginPricing, cost structure and mix, worked on to grow what the business earns for its owner.
- Recurring revenueContracts, memberships, service agreements and retention, so income stops resetting each month.
- Buyer-ready financialsA monthly close, clean separation of owner expenses, and reporting a lender will underwrite.
- Sales and marketingDemand that does not depend on the owner's relationships.
- You, out of the bottleneckDocumented processes and a few right hires, so the business runs when you are not there.

Questions owners ask
How is this different from hiring a consultant?
A consultant delivers a report and is paid either way. If you want only the plan, that is what we do, as a flat consult. If you want it executed, we do the work inside the business and our return rises with yours.
What does it cost?
A plan is a flat consult. Execution means you cover some of our costs and we share in the upside as the business improves. Both are set out in writing before anything begins.
Do I have to sell at the end?
No. Many owners see the business run better and decide they would rather keep it. That is a good outcome, and our share of the upside works the same way.
