Growth and exit advisory for owner-run businesses Free, confidential value range in about three minutes

Brokerage and M&A advisory

A confidential sale, run to maximize what you walk away with.

We lead sell-side transactions for owner-run businesses: preparing the company, building the buyer list, running a confidential process and negotiating to close. One adviser owns the deal from the first conversation to the wire.

Who it's for

Owners who are ready, or close to it

  • You want to sell within a yearRetirement, a new venture or a change in circumstances has set the clock.
  • An offer came in and you want to test itA single unsolicited offer rarely reflects the market. A process does.
  • Confidentiality mattersStaff, customers and competitors should not know until the deal is done.
  • The business has real earningsA track record a buyer can underwrite and a lender can finance.

Questions owners ask

What does brokerage cost?

A success fee paid at close, as a percentage of the transaction value. It is set out in writing before any engagement begins.

Who will know the business is for sale?

Nobody at your business, and no buyer until they have signed a confidentiality agreement. We never contact your staff, customers, vendors or landlord.

What if the value range is lower than I hoped?

Then it is better to know now. If you have time, value acceleration raises the number before you go to market. If you don't, we will tell you plainly what the market will pay and why.
